Hannah Dills is an Affiliate Broker with PARKS -Cool Springs in Brentwood, TN.  A resident of Williamson County for almost twenty years, Hannah is one of “America’s Best Real Estate Professionals” ranking #18 in the State of Tennessee, a Titanium Award-winning member of the Williamson County Association of REALTORS, Tennessee Association of REALTORS, and National Association of REALTORS. She is one of PARKS' "Top Producers" due to millions in closed annual sales.  Hannah is ranked TOP 3 of PARKS agents for sales volume. She serves on the PARKS Relocation Team and has served on the PARKS Circle of Leaders. Hannah is excited to combine her education, experience and knowledge of the area to help others find a house to call home, a property in which to invest, or land to love.  

After completing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration at the University of Missouri-Columbia, Hannah finished her Masters of Business Administration with a focus in Management at the University of Missouri-Kansas City Bloch School. 

Before becoming a REALTOR, Hannah's experience includes managing financial departments for the Federal Reserve Bank, coordinating projects for Bell Architecture and investing in real estate for Property Group of Tennessee. 

A fan of local school and competitive sport teams, Hannah and her husband are raising two sons and a Yorkie in Brentwood. Her family loves to boat at Center Hill Lake, hike on the Tennessee Park trails, and participate in basketball and football events.
